What the criticism is actually about
The carton this kit ships in travels a long way and arrives scuffed often enough that buyers mention it in eleven separate reviews. In most of those same reviews the contents are described as intact, because the kit is bagged inside the box.
A smaller number of buyers report a fragrance bottle cap loosening in transit, and a few have had a dented tin. Every one of those cases is covered: tell us what arrived damaged or missing and we send the replacement part or refund you, within 30 days of delivery.
If you need a box that arrives pristine for gifting, plan to re-wrap it yourself. If you want to make candles, the contents do the job, which is what the reviews below describe.
