What the criticism is actually about
We would rather you read this before ordering than discover it on the doorstep. The carton this kit ships in travels a long way and arrives scuffed often enough that buyers mention it in eleven separate reviews. In most of those same reviews the contents are described as intact, because the kit is bagged inside the box.
A smaller number of buyers report a fragrance bottle cap loosening in transit, and a few have had a dented tin. Every one of those cases is covered: tell us what arrived damaged or missing and we send the replacement part or refund you, within 30 days of delivery.
If you need a box that arrives pristine for gifting, plan to re-wrap it yourself. If you want to make candles, the contents do the job, which is what the reviews below describe.
Very happy with this candle making kits, the jug is a good size and it has all the items. The box was a bit broken but the items were undamaged. Good delivery time.

Box was destroyed, thankfully also packed in a plastic bag, so nothing got lost. 2 of the metal tins are slightly dented from transport, but that’s okay, i won’t gift those.
